Our practice was built on the philosophy of providing the best treatment available within the scope of physical

therapy for neuromusculoskeletal disorders. In order to maintain this level of care we committed to always providing one on one care with an expert level trained Doctor of Physical Therapy. Because we have decided to never have assistants or aides carry out the treatment plan, you can be assured that you will always receive the best care Dr. Sandra Do has to offer. This commitment has limited our ability to see great volumes of patients per day and does not fit today’s mainstream healthcare model. In order to maintain our philosophy of care we have made the decision minimize overhead expenses and offer you an invoice that you can individually submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement on an out of network basis.

I noticed that you specialize in treating people with injuries related to a car accident. Will you bill my automobile insurance for treatment?
Yes, we will!  We are happy to bill your automobile insurance policy for your physical therapy visits related to your car accident. We will need to confirm that you have med pay coverage and what the limits of coverage are. More information can be found here: FQA & HELPFUL LINKS | Manual Therapy Associates

Sandra does not file claims with Medicare. Unfortunately, Medicare will not reimburse for the services provided. If you are on Medicare, there are limitations on seeking care.

Can I submit my physical therapy visits to insurance?
Yes! Please request an invoice and it can be printed or emailed to you.  This is not the same as formally taking insurance, however, you have the option of submitting a self-pay claim independently. You should be able to submit out of network claim requests to almost all commercial insurances.  I recommend you inquire with your insurance provider to determine if out of network benefits are available to you and what cost share may be reimbursable.
Use our helpful Out of Network worksheet to help guide you in determining your out of network benefits

How long do I have to cancel an appointment?
If you need to cancel an appointment, we ask that you give at least 24 hours advance notice. If you are unable to provide us a notice of cancellation, a $60 fee will be applied.

If you decide to try another practice, please shop wisely. Make certain that your care is provided by a skilled, experienced and licensed physical therapist. There are many PT practices who have aides and assistants providing the care; some are trained on the job. Be an informed consumer. Do not hesitate to ask about your therapist’s credentials. You can always look them up on Colorado Division of Professions and Occupations Online Services. We have no greater asset than our health. It is our individual responsibility to ensure we get the best care possible. This takes commitment, effort, dedication and some sacrifice.
